Who we are

ClearMind Companion ("we", "us") is a calm AI assistant for neurodivergent adults. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address and optional display name when you sign in.
  • Preferences: language, region, tone, accessibility and communication settings.
  • Tool inputs and outputs: only when you choose to save them to your history.
  • Optional feedback: ratings or comments you submit about responses.

We do not collect biometric data, contacts or device identifiers beyond what your browser sends.

How your inputs are used

When you use a tool, your text is sent to our AI provider only for the purpose of generating a response. It is not used to train any model. Unsaved inputs are not retained on our servers.

How data is stored

Account and saved data are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) inside an encrypted Postgres database. Access is protected by row-level security so only you can read your records. Transport is encrypted with TLS.

How to export your data

From Profile → Privacy & safety, tap Export my data. We generate a JSON file containing your profile, preferences, saved outputs and feedback, then download it directly to your device. The file is created on demand and not stored.

How to delete your data

Two options:

  • Delete saved items: from Profile → Privacy & safety, tap Delete saved items. This permanently removes your saved outputs and feedback.
  • Delete your account: email Support and we will remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Deletions are immediate in the database; encrypted backups may retain copies for up to 30 days before being overwritten.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal text. The only third parties involved are infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, AI inference) acting under contract and bound to confidentiality.

Children

ClearMind Companion is intended for adults (16+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
