Help & accessibility guide

Short, plain-language explanations. No jargon.

What the tools do

  • Understand a message — explains what a message might mean, with hedging.
  • Draft a reply — gives you several reply options in different tones.
  • Reduce overwhelm — pulls the key points out of long text.
  • Organise my thoughts — turns a brain dump into tasks, notes and a plan.
  • Break into steps — turns a big task into small steps with an easy first step.
  • Work Mode — the same tools, tuned for workplace communication.

Make it easier to read

  • Plain Language — short sentences, common words.
  • Large text — bigger type across the app.
  • Reduced motion — removes animations.
  • Calm Mode — softer colours and spacing.
  • Simplified UI — hides extras you don't need.

You'll find these in Calm Mode settings.

Make AI responses fit you

  • Language & region — Australian English by default; many other options.
  • Tone — calm, gentle, direct, professional, and more.
  • Length — short, balanced, or detailed.
  • Human Mode — keeps wording natural, not over-polished.
  • Communication preferences — tell the AI you prefer direct, structured or low-intensity wording.
  • Make this simpler — on any result, choose Slightly Simpler, Plain Language, Low Overwhelm, Step by Step or Ultra Concise.

Your data

  • Nothing you write is saved automatically.
  • Results are only saved when you tap Save.
  • Settings are stored on your device and (if signed in) your account.
  • You can delete saved items any time from your library.

What AI can and can't do

  • It can suggest possible readings of a message.
  • It can rewrite, simplify and structure text.
  • It cannot truly know what another person feels or intended.
  • It cannot diagnose you or replace professional support.
